It can take three months to plan a menu to perfection – to achieve taste perfection. The plates are made specifically for the courses and sketches and 3D animations are even created for the menu: Welcome to Konstantin Filippou’s top gastronomy. He owns three fine-dining restaurants in Vienna. In his own four walls, the kitchen is his refuge, his place of retreat: he can relax here, he feels free here. He also likes to make his favorite meal here: toasted black bread with butter and sardines. In an interview with STANDARD, he tells us which three things he would never do:
