While the financial means have tripled, the reception centers of Fedasil are at saturation point.

The reception policy for refugees in Belgium works badly. At the different levels of the chain, workers and observers speak of saturation, procedures that do not succeed and a wasted budget.

In the Committee on Migration, in the Chamber, Theo Francken denounced “an exploding asylum budget” while referral numbers are at their lowest.
