How to redeem/buy tickets?
Season ticket holders and people who wish to have the option of exchanging or buying tickets for the match against Unión La Calera, valid for the 7th date of the National Tournament and to be played this Thursday, March 2 at the Santa Laura Stadium (8:30 p.m.), they must acquire them exclusively through Punto Ticket.
subscription locations (Gallery, Andes and Canopy):
South and North Galleries: South and North gallery subscribers (until stock runs out).
Andes: Subscribers Andes
under canopy: Subscribers Under Canopy.
Outside Marquee: Lateral Pacific Subscribers (Gate 10) – Outside the South Side Canopy and/or Outside the North Side Canopy.
Redeem/purchase tickets
- Las first 24 hours will be exclusive for subscriber exchange without any blockage.
- Once the previous process has elapsed, the sale of tickets will be enabled, regardless of the fact that the paying fan will be able to continue exchanging tickets until stock is exhausted.
- Season ticket holders who have a Company card must request their allocation by mail to: [email protected], indicating the beneficiary’s full name, Rut and season of the season ticket. In addition, you must indicate the data of the owner on whom these subscriptions depend.
- Transferable cards: the person identified on said card must make the exchange by entering the category “Transferable Subscriber Confirmation Purchase”. If you want to change and transfer to someone else, you must also do so in this section.
Each registered Subscriber and additional registered subscribers who meet the requirements and manage to advance in the process, will be entitled to exchange tickets (one per ID). Only persons registered as additional individual subscribers may use these seats.
Redeem subscribers with Guest card: All subscribers who have a guest card may make the respective exchange through the Punto Ticket page as follows: the holder must enter the Punto Ticket page with his username and identify his guests.
The additional or assigned guests are validated directly by the holder subscriber from his Punto Ticket user.
By accepting these terms and conditions, subscribers declare to know and accept the special circumstances of redemption and ticket salereleasing Club Universidad de Chile from all responsibility in the event of not achieving the exchange objective.
