Al-Marsad newspaper: A consultant cardiologist, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, revealed a case in which a hypertensive patient must break the fast immediately and see a doctor.
Al-Nimr said, in a tweet via his account on Twitter, “Press drop: Anyone whose pressure drops below 90 systolic with dizziness during fasting, must break the fast immediately and refer to the nearest doctor.”
Pressure drop:
Anyone whose pressure drops below 90 systolic and dizzy while fasting.. must break the fast immediately
And see the nearest doctor.
