There is much talk about the coming loss of prosperity, in terms of shortages of skilled workers and demographic changes. However, the majority of employees in Austria do not consider overtime to be economically necessary. A survey by career platform Xing shows this. A survey of 1,000 employees in Austria between the ages of 18 and 65 was conducted.
