Beer, the flagship alcohol of the aperitif, can also be enjoyed like a good wine. This is perhaps the conclusion reached by the ten members of the Artisa’malt jury. The fourth edition of this festival, which brought together eleven breweries from the region, was held on Saturday in Delémont. Micro-breweries were subjected to the expert palate of a beer sommelier. Alain Kaehr chaired the jury of amateurs. He gave us his advice while enjoying a white beer. Inclination of the glass, amount of foam, appearance of the beer, smells and finally mouthfeel: everything is analysed.
