In less than two weeks, Fatoumata Sissoko-Sy traveled through these four West African capitals to follow up on projects funded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). From November 2022, she is the Director of Infrastructure and Natural Resources for West and Central Africa of the World Bank’s private sector subsidiary. Passed by Proparco, the subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD), within which, in eight years, she has climbed all the levels, she remains above all a woman in the field.
