This situation arose due to the presence of the so-called legendary gems, which are required to improve the hero. They drop extremely rarely – according to average estimates, if you play for free, then it will take about ten years to extract all the necessary gems. At the same time, even for money, they cannot be obtained with a 100% probability – they randomly drop out of loot boxes that contain other items.
