Ingredients:
– 1 kg of meat
– 50 g butter
– 1 onion
– 6 tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon of tomato preserve (extract)
– 200 g of sausages
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 glass of white wine
– 1 tablespoon of dried mushrooms
– Parsley, thyme and bay leaf

– salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Cut the meat into cubes and brown it in a saucepan with very little oil.
2. Add the butter and the chopped onion and garlic.
3. Lightly brown the vegetables and add the remaining oil, the peeled and diced tomatoes, the tomato preserve, the sausage cut into thick wheels, the white wine, the previously soaked mushrooms, the herbs and the broth.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover the saucepan and let it boil slowly, until the meat is cooked and very tender. The sauce should be somewhat thick.
