The Meteorological Authority in Lebanon announced that “autumn weather dominates the eastern basin of the Mediterranean until next Monday noon, when it turns into volatile weather due to the influence of relatively cold air masses.”
The expected weather in Lebanon:
Sunday: Partly cloudy, with no change in temperatures on the coast and the interior, and a slight decrease in the mountains. Local fog will also form on the heights in the evening.
Monday: Partly cloudy with the onset of a slight decrease in temperatures and the formation of local fog on the heights starting in the afternoon with clouds condensing and the weather becoming ready for scattered rain.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy to cloudy with an additional limited decrease in temperatures and the formation of fog on the heights. Sporadic rains fall, which are sometimes heavy, especially in the south of the country, with the possibility of lightning, thunder, and activity in wind speeds. Snow falls at dawn, starting from a height of 1800 meters and above.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, a slight rise in temperatures on the coast, and a decrease in the mountains and in the interior. Sporadic rain, sometimes heavy with fog, falls on the heights, and snow falls during the day, starting from a height of 2100 m and above.
