Presented as a visual novel, we are therefore far from the DNA of the basic game, which is more in the action-adventure. What could be more normal since here the goal is to set the scene of the events leading to the endangerment of Tokyo, duringa short adventure lasting just under an hour.
The prelude lets you join KK, the ghost hunter, and his team of detectives, as they deal with a strange disappearance case. Various choices of dialogues and interactions are there to forge links between the members of the investigation team and to learn more about their stories.
