“We inform you that the entry and exit of vessels to the indicated seaports will be carried out by forming a caravan, which will be accompanied by a leading vessel,” the administration of the seaports of Ukraine reported.
To include a vessel in a caravan, applications must be submitted.
Today Sergei Lavrov arrived in Cairo, where he held talks with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri. From the main statements of Lavrov:

- Ukraine deserves better;
- Russia is not asking for sanctions to be lifted;
