Saudi Arabia is once once more the highest paying country for expatriates. Saudi Arabia was selected in the ‘MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey’ by the international consultancy Employment Conditions Abroad. In a survey conducted on the working conditions of expatriates, Saudi Arabia was selected as the country that offers the highest salaries to expatriate middle managers in the world.

The survey considered three main factors namely cash salary, benefit allowances and tax. The annual salary for an expatriate middle manager in Saudi Arabia is £83,763, which is £20,513 more than in the UK, according to the survey. The survey report shows that although there has been a three percent decrease compared to the previous year, the highest salary is still in Saudi Arabia.

At the same time, the Ministry of Human Resource Development announced that the Ministry of Tourism has a plan to create 16 lakh jobs in the field of tourism in Saudi Arabia by 2030. In 2020, training was provided to 5 lakh Saudi citizens through the training program started by the Ministry of Tourism. As a part of the project, more than 90 training projects are being implemented.
