A great classic, now certified vegan that never disappoints. A traditional blend of three Catalan grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. A structured cava carried by a beautiful acidity and a slight biting bitterness. Lightly dosed, it is an all-purpose bubble that feels at home as an aperitif, accompanied by tapas or on a fruit tart.
