Montréal (ots/PRNewswire) – The law firm of Faguy & Co. announces today that the Superior Court of Québec is scheduled to appear at 9:30 a.m. on December 14, 2023 at 1 Notre Dame Street East, Montreal, Qc. has scheduled a hearing in a room to be determined to discuss the settlement between all parties to the class action lawsuit entitled Majestic Asset Management and Turn8 Partners Inc. v. zu genehmigen. The Toronto-Dominion BankCourt Docket Number: 500-06-000914-180.
If you purchased Toronto-Dominion Bank securities on or after December 3, 2015 and held some of those securities through March 9, 2017, you will likely be eligible to participate in the settlement, if it is approved by the court.
The proposed settlement requires Toronto-Dominion Bank to pay C$22 million in full and final settlement of all claims against it in this proceeding, without admission of liability by Toronto-Dominion Bank. The settlement amount, less attorneys’ fees and expenses, administrative costs and taxes, if approved by the court, will be distributed to the plaintiffs in accordance with a distribution plan approved by the court.
