The distributor Level Infinite and the development studio Hotta Studio confirmed during the celebration of the Opening Night Live of the Gamescom 2022 a new great expansion for Tower of Fantasyhis new Free MMORPG available for PC and mobile devices with iOS and Android operating system, on the occasion of the 10 million downloads of the game. The new expansion has been baptized as Verathe name by which the new area is known, and arrive completely free of charge at the end of the year for users who have the title installed.
As we have mentioned, Tower of Fantasy has reached more than 10 million installs, debuting at the top of the App Store’s free games list of 36 countries and regions, and in the global top 10 of 122 countries and regions. On the other hand, Vera is a new area with a cyberpunk setting that contains new environments, vehicles, enemies, weapons and, ultimately, more content. The main area of this expansion is the Gobby Desert, a radiation-ravaged wilderness, and right in the middle of it is Mirroria City.
What do we know about Vera’s world?
“Vera was under the jurisdiction of the Seventh District of Helgaard before the Cataclysm. After that, she lost contact with the Main Plane. Due to the malfunction of the Vera Phantom Tower (an original energy repeater), after the Cataclysm, her space dimension- time cannot be calibrated on the Prime Plane, nor can a stable supply of energy be obtained,” reads the expansion’s description. Apparently, the intensity of the original energy radiation in this area is gradually reduced, except in some highly polluted areas. Although most of the surface is fit for human habitation, the majority of Vera’s inhabitants reside in Mirroria City.
