Toyota do Brasil launches new application to improve customer experience

Aiming to deliver a better experience for its old and future customers, in addition to continuing its digitalization process, Toyota has just launched its application that brings several integrated featureshow to simulate financing, customization, indicating vehicles based on budget, support team and much more.

O Toyota App It can now be downloaded for Android and iOS from their respective stores. You can use the app to find nearby dealerships, as well as schedule check-ups and maintenance online, quickly and simply. Customers will also receive notifications about their requests made.

Toyota seems really interested in advancing its digitalization and for good reason, after all, people like practicality, so it is almost mandatory to have an application that can bring together all the information and services provided by the manufacturer in a single place, whether to serve those who already are customers or those who will become them in the future.

The app also offers an “omnichannel experience” that allows the user to connect, with their Toyota ID, the most diverse Toyota service channels, without having to create a new password or a new separate registration.
