Sunday started with a surprise for Peter Haunschmied from Weitersfelden. It wasn’t the hilly landscape that had been covered by a thin layer of snow overnight. Rather, the traces left behind left him uneasy. The Mühlviertler farmer got a tape measure and was amazed. The paw prints he captured in photos were up to 13 centimeters large.
