Released on PC in 2020, the reboot of Trackmania will soon be ported to consoles.
Ubisoft will bring its free-to-play Trackmania to home consoles. The French publisher has announced the release of the reboot of the franchise on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and the Luna and Stadia cloud-gaming platforms for early 2023.
This remake of Trackmania Nations plays the accessibility card with its free access and very light content. It will indeed be necessary to be satisfied with 25 circuits at launch.
Like the original episode, everything takes place here in closed environments. No tropical decor on the horizon, and a modern aesthetic that will probably not appeal to all audiences. The good news is that despite its F2P status, the title also includes a single player mode.
