A traffic accident at Brussels-North station injured two people on Thursday evening, report the Brussels firefighters and the local police of Brussels North (Schaerbeek / Evere / Saint-Josse-ten-Noode). One of the victims was luckier than the other.
The accident took place around 6:00 p.m. near the Proximus towers. According to law enforcement, only one vehicle was involved.
“We got the two passengers out of the vehicle,” said firefighter spokesman Walter Derieuw. “One of them was taken to hospital in a worrying state, but in the meantime it turns out that he was not as seriously injured as imagined. The second occupant also has injuries, but his case was less worrying.
