A terrible tragedy took place in the Dar 40 douar, falling within the commune and caïdat of Sahel Oulad H’Riz, falling within the province of Berrechid, in the Casablanca-Settat region. Two little girls lost their lives instantly, victims of serious burns, following the explosion of a small gas cylinder inside their home. Sources reported that the explosion of the small gas cylinder caused the instant death of the two girls, whose bodies were transported to the Rahma town morgue for medical examination or autopsy if necessary.
The same sources indicated that local authorities, in collaboration with the royal gendarmerie, confirmed the death of the two girls, members of the same family. Firefighters from the H’d Selem barracks quickly brought the fire under control, which completely destroyed the house.
