Dhaka: 17 dead following bus goes out of control and falls into giant pond in southwest Bangladesh. Among the dead were eight women and three children. 23 people were injured. It is reported that there were more than 60 people in the bus. The search for the missing continues. The incident took place in Jhalakathi district in the south, 200 km from Dhaka at around 10 am local time yesterday. The initial conclusion is that the driver’s negligence caused the accident.
