Thiruvananthapuram ∙ A two-year-old girl died following being hit by a train in Varkala. Sohrin, the daughter of Abdul Aziz and Isuzi, died. The incident happened at 5.30 pm. The boy was playing with his brothers and was going to the railway track in front of the house.
No one saw the boy go to the track. In the meantime, the mother made a noise that she might not see the child. He was recognized when he saw people standing on the track. The body was shifted to Varkala General Hospital. The police has started an investigation into the incident.
