Thiruvananthapuram: A shop owner died when an out-of-control car rammed into a bakery. Rameshan (47), a native of Aliadu and owner of Nest Bakery, died. The accident took place at 4.45 am today near Thandrampoika Junction in Venjaramood. A car carrying Ayyappa devotees from Andhra, who were going to Kanyakumari following visiting Sabarimala, rammed into the shop.

The car passengers were not seriously injured in the accident. Rameshan was hit by a car when he was standing near the door of the shop.
