The famous Liège jeweler on Boulevard d’Avroy in Liège, Jean-François Langohr, died on Sunday at the age of 45, as announced by our colleagues from Sudinfo.
The man was found dead by two young walkers in the former Awirs quarry in Flémalle where he allegedly fell from a 40-meter high cliff.
Following this discovery, an investigation was opened by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Liège to determine the causes of this tragedy since access to this cliff is forbidden to the public.
Still according to Sudinfo, the findings of the medical examiner called to the scene lean towards suicide.
