At clinic 25 of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) located on Fidel Velázquez and Lincoln avenues, in the Mitras Norte neighborhood of the municipality of Monterrey, a tragic event was recorded that generated an immediate mobilization.
A patient, whose identity has not yet been revealed, made the decision to jump from the 10th floor of the building, instantly losing his life.
The events were recorded minutes after 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday night in the building where unofficial sources indicated that the man would have thrown himself from the 10th floor window, where the terminally ill patients are apparently located.
The 50-year-old patient hit his relative who was taking care of him, as well as a nurse from module 4 and later the stretcher-bearer, before running towards the stairs where he decided to get on a stretcher and later take flight to throw himself out of a window, dying of instant way.

The incident dismayed those present and sparked an investigation by the authorities to clarify the reasons behind this fatal outcome.
Preliminary reports indicate that the floor where the incident occurred was not being monitored by medical personnel at the time of the event.
Elements of the Civil Protection of Nuevo León and the Nuevo León Fire Department went to the site, however they were denied access by hospital security personnel.
