A terrible traffic accident led to the death of 6 siblings from one family, and the parents and 3 other siblings were transferred to intensive care in a serious condition.
The accident occurred on the road linking Taif Governorate and the Al-Baha region. The driver of the second vehicle, who was in his mid-sixties, also died, while one four-year-old girl survived and got out of the accident without injuries.
In the details, the brother of the deceased, Muhammad Salem Al-Ghamdi, said: “During the return of my family from Medina to Al-Baha, and upon its arrival on the road linking Al-Baha and Taif, a painful traffic accident occurred in which 6 brothers died; the eldest was seventeen years old and the youngest two and a half years (Reem, Salem, Muhammad, and Saud). Yahya and Hamdan, while my father, mother, two daughters (Rinad and Munira) and a son (Sultan) were transferred to intensive care in King Faisal Specialist Hospitals in Taif, King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital and Prince Sultan Hospital in Taif.
He added, “By the grace of God, the father was discharged from intensive care for admission while he is healthy and well, while 6 members of our family were prayed together in the Asr prayer yesterday, and they were buried in Taif Governorate.”
