Trailers climbed the Thamarassery Pass; Traffic has been restored

Thamarassery | The huge trailers that were blocked at the foothills for three and a half months finally made it to the pass. Trailers crossed the Thamarassery pass and entered Wayanad. With this, traffic has been completely restored at the Thamarassery Pass.

The trailers were passed yesterday following the traffic in the pass was completely stopped. The battle preparation itself was prepared to climb the pass. Vehicles from Wayanad side to the pass were restricted from 8 pm. After 10:30, vehicles were stopped from entering the pass from Atiwara. The trailers started their journey from Attiwara at exactly 11 am.

There are 14 employees in the team. Also, two cranes, two ambulances, two units of fire force, police, forest department, KSEB and pass protection committee escorted the trailers to the pass.

There was concern when a trailer went off the road twice as soon as the journey began. The mechanics were on hand and the fault was fixed immediately. Traffic restrictions were imposed on the pass till five in the morning. The trailer contains machinery for the factory in Nanjankot, Karnataka.
