A partnership set up between the GBH group for Carrefour stores, the Pôle emploi, the Codem (Cooperative of cattle breeders of Martinique) made it possible to organize CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate) butchery training with a volume of 400 hours . At the end of the training, the ten trainees will be able to join the stores’ butchery services, initially under a 12-month contract.
