Vladislav Tretyak, dressed as a Turtle, performed in the Mask show in honor of Valeria’s 55th birthday.
On April 17, the artist celebrated her anniversary. For four seasons, she was a member of the jury of the project, the creators decided to surprise her.
The special issue featured seven new characters who performed songs from the singer’s repertoire.
She had to guess who was hiding under the masks. Valeria failed to reveal the Turtle, despite the help of the previously exposed Timur Batrutdinov (Aries) and Alexander Buinov (Hare).
It became known that the guest is an athlete, that he has a wife, and also that he spoke in the Kremlin.
As a result, it turned out that three-time Olympic champion, former goalkeeper of the USSR national hockey team, Vladislav Tretyak, performed in the image of the Turtle.
“Beloved, wonderful, how you confused our heads,” Valeria turned to the athlete.
Tretyak said that he had always dreamed of playing some role, so he was grateful to the Mask show.
“When I was invited here, I really wanted it. I wanted to play such a turtle, extraordinary. I played in a mask for 21 years, so I’m not afraid of the mask. Thank you very much,” Tretyak addressed the creators of the project.
He also noted that he truthfully answered all questions. The President of the FHR recalled that he had indeed once performed in the Kremlin at a concert dedicated to the memory of Lyudmila Gurchenko.
