“Please accept, Ladies, these few words as a tribute…” For more than a minute, five residents from three different nursing homes pay tribute to the women who help them every day. On a black background, they shout a text expressing their gratitude, with the music of the song Ladies of Grand Corps Malade. Among them, two Marnais, Robert Folliet, 90 years old, and Monique Pouy, 91 years oldresidents at Villa Beausoleil in Loisy-sur-Marne.
Ladies of Beausoleil – Slam for Women’s Rights
The video is not an initiative of the residents, it is part of a communication operation of the Villa Beausoleil group, which has three establishments in the region (Metz, Boulay-Moselle and that of Loisy-sur-Marne ) to celebrate his staff made up of 79% women on average.
“I find them admirable”
A communication operation, certainly, but which allows residents to thank their caregivers, but also all those who make up the teams of these nursing homes. “It takes extraordinary dedication! You don’t realize it until you have experienced it here, I became aware of their dedication. And it touches me, I find them admirable”says Monique.

The emotion of the team
“You are our sun”, “you draw your courage to brave the road and the bad weather”, declaim in particular the two Marnais in the clip. This text really touched the team at the Loisy-sur-Marne nursing home. “It’s very moving. When I listened to them, I had goosebumps”, admits Stéphanie, host. His colleague, Laura, a table hostess, had “with a tear in my eye”, “it’s so beautiful to see our residents pay tribute to us”.
