Trieste/Rijeka/Vienna – A cross-border rail connection between Italy, Slovenia and Croatia on two historic railway lines, from Villa Opicina near Trieste to Pivka and from there on to the port city of Rijeka, will be active once more from the end of April. From April 24th, the train will connect Villa Opicina (Italy) via Divaca-Pivka (Slovenia) with Rijeka (Croatia) in around two hours.
