And in the meantime, Resa, the network manager, is slow to intervene. “I contacted them several times, the first on May 9, and each time I am told that my request has been registered and that we will intervene. But I still haven’t seen anything coming. I will take a lawyer if the situation does not evolve.”

A counter to analyze the situation
But normally, Pierre Delatte should not wait too long. “We will intervene next week, says Charlotte Quevedo, Resa’s press officer. Given the number of requests, we try to group the interventions by street. This explains some waiting times.
And next week, “We will intervene at the level of the suite cabin near Mr. Delatte. We will also offer him the installation of a sophisticated meter which will allow the situation at his home to be analyzed”.
And depending on the results provided by the counter, the various possible actions will be considered. “We can, for example, rebalance the phases.” And if that’s not enough, Resa will invest in the network. “It is certain that we will have to adapt it to certain places. Basically, it was designed to distribute electricity, not to receive it.”
