The launch of the new social network ‘TRUTH Social’, created by Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), a company owned by former US President Donald Trump, is scheduled for February 21.

The future platform now is it availabe for pre-order in the Apple App Store before Presidents’ Day hits the market in February in the United States. Like Twitter, the app will offer features to follow other users, as well as trends, while the message equivalent to a tweet will be called ‘truth’.

The app’s launch will take place just over a year following Twitter suspend Trump’s account “due to the risk of further incitement to violence” as a result of tweets posted by the then president following the violent incidents of January 6 last year, when his supporters stormed the Capitol.
