“Trust yourself to do something – then others will also trust you to do something”

She was president of the Salzburg Festival for more than a quarter of a century and gained international fame in the process. In the OÖN interview, the mother of two and grandmother says why she didn’t find it difficult to retire in 2021 and why she mightn’t imagine leading a quiet pensioner’s life even at the age of 74.
