A tuning enthusiast from Chile unveiled a strange car that might be described as “low-slung” during a tuning car gathering organized on October 5 in Mendoza, Argentina. The car was cut in half and the driver was hidden inside for a stunning lowrider effect. As can be seen in the video, the vehicle gives the impression of being half submerged in the ground.
