Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, published a video clip of his reception of the Syrian artist, George Wassouf, known as the “Sultan of Tarab.”
This came in a tweet that Al Sheikh posted on his official Twitter page, contenting himself with a comment in which he said: “With Abu Wadih al-Ghali,” without providing any additional details.
In another tweet, Al-Sheikh published pictures with the Syrian artist and a song for him with a picture that brings them together, repeating the same comment, “With Abu Wadih Al-Ghali.”
George and Souk had announced a new song for his son Wadih, who passed away in early January, in a statement to his office, which announced that the artist “will return to work in accordance with his obligations at the end of February, appreciating his fans and followers who overwhelmed him with a noble passion that he will not forget, and asking God to remove this misfortunes for all.”
