Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, has appointed Jason Byrne as Director for Integrated Advisory, UK, bolstering its consultancy capabilities across key sectors. The move signals a strategic expansion of the company’s end-to-end services in infrastructure, real estate, energy and natural resources, and defence.
Based in London, Byrne will collaborate with Turner & Townsend’s programme and digital advisory teams, focusing on the development of integrated solutions designed to improve programme performance and support clients in navigating complex capital, digital, and enterprise-wide transformations.
Byrne joins Turner & Townsend from Sullivan & Stanley, where he served as CEO and oversaw a shift towards outcome-led transformation services, according to the company. Prior to Sullivan & Stanley, he spent nearly two decades at Moorhouse Consulting, rising to the position of Partner and Board member. During his tenure at Moorhouse, he led large-scale strategy, technology, and enterprise change programmes for clients in the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
Byrne’s career began at Deloitte, where he specialized in technology strategy, architecture, and programme management. His appointment comes as Turner & Townsend’s integrated advisory business experiences significant growth, now comprising a 700-person team generating £100 million in revenue.
“I’m delighted to join Turner & Townsend at such a pivotal moment for our clients and our industry,” said Byrne. “By bringing together exceptional people, integrated advisory services and digital capability, we have a major opportunity to elevate performance and deliver better outcomes across the full programme lifecycle. I’m looking forward to shaping that future with our teams and clients.”
James Corrigan, Managing Director, Infrastructure, UK at Turner & Townsend, stated that Byrne’s appointment is a key step in strengthening the firm’s comprehensive consultancy offering. He emphasized Byrne’s leadership and experience in building advisory businesses and delivering large-scale transformations as crucial to the company’s evolving position and its ability to meet increasing client demand.
Turner & Townsend currently operates 16 offices across the United Kingdom, with over 4,500 professionals, and provides services ranging from consultancy to project delivery and operational support. The company focuses on programme strategy, setup and management, cost and commercial management, and controls and performance, and is increasingly focused on data-driven digital innovation solutions.
