It was through an e-mail that Twitch informed streamers that the platform was going to lift certain old conditions of use which so far prohibited partners from streaming on other services.
“Partners and Affiliates are now allowed to create live content on other platforms.”
In the email, Twitch acknowledged that streamers already use multiple platforms to connect with their communities and that this move would give them more flexibility to grow those outside of Twitch.
