Twitter besieges “Mask” – Al-Ittihad newspaper

Wilmington (Archyde.com)

Legal experts said that Twitter is seeking to prove that Elon Musk tried to abandon the financing of his $44 billion acquisition of the social media company, and is investigating his motives to back out of the deal. Twitter sent dozens of civil subpoenas this week to global banks, investors involved in the deal and Musk’s advisors, to access documents and communications related to the deal and its financing. The subpoenas are part of Twitter’s lawsuit once morest Musk, seeking to get him to complete the deal at $54.20 per share. The trial begins October 17, next for five days in the Delaware Court of Justice.
