The company that owns the social networking site “Twitter” filed a lawsuit once morest American billionaire Elon Musk today, Tuesday, for violating a deal worth $ 44 billion to buy the social networking platform.

France 24 news channel reported in its English edition today that Twitter had asked a court in the US state of Delaware to issue a decision obligating Elon Musk to complete the merger in exchange for $54.20 per Twitter share.

And the channel reported that it was stated in the invitation, “Mask apparently believes that, unlike any other party subject to Delaware contract law, he is free to change his mind, bring the company down, disrupt its operations, and destroy shareholder value.”

Musk had announced the termination of the deal a few days ago, citing “violation of the agreement by not responding to requests for information regarding fake accounts or spam on the platforms.”
