Wiener Neustadt – After a ball bomb explosion with two deaths last New Year’s Eve in Ternitz (Neunkirchen district), a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were not legally acquitted of the allegations of grossly negligent homicide and negligent bodily harm at the Wiener Neustadt regional court on Monday.
