Wiener Neustadt – After a ball bomb explosion with two deaths last New Year’s Eve in Ternitz (Neunkirchen district), a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were not legally acquitted of the allegations of grossly negligent homicide and negligent bodily harm at the Wiener Neustadt regional court on Monday. The single judge trial once morest two brothers aged 18 and 20 has been dropped; a new date is scheduled for January 10th.
