Two Argentine coaches sound in Santos

The São Paulo team dismissed Fabio Carille and thinks of the two Argentine coaches to take his place.

After a poor string of results at the start of the São Paulo state tournament, Santos decided to dismiss Fabio Carrillo. To take his place, the Brazilian team has two Argentine coaches in the pipeline: Sebastian Beccacece and Hernán Crespo.

The last 3-2 defeat against Mirassol was the last straw that slipped the camel’s back for the directors’ patience and now they are looking for a change of coach with which to start a new stage. The priority of the top leadership is to go for a foreign coach, who gave so much revenue to clubs of the stature of Flamengo or Palmeiras.

For this reason, the two names that sound the most powerful, according to the local media Globe, are the strategist Defense and Justice and Valdanito, former coach of San Pablo. It should be noted that the Brazilian press did not reveal if there were already contacts with either of the two. If any of them were hired, he would be the fourth foreign coach in the club’s history: Jorge Sampaoli, Jesualdo Ferreira and Ariel Holan.

Also, another surname that is considered is that of Fabian Bustosanother albiceleste coach who is now tactically leading Barcelona from Ecuador, with whom he has passed the first phase of the Liberators cup and now they will face each other with Universitario to stay alive in the great continental tournament.
