According to Governor Oleg Sinegubov, two men aged 63 and 65 were killed on the spot while two women aged 63 and 65 were injured and are being treated in hospital.
In his Telegram post, the governor said that a “remote-controlled bomb” hit the “educational institution” in the Lukyanchi community, north of Kharkiv, very close to the border with Russia.
