Two managers in Saab sell shares for just over SEK 23 million

On July 24, two managers in the defense company Saab sold shares in the company for a total of SEK 23.2 million. The deals were done on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is evident from the Financial Supervisory Authority’s transparency register.

Christian Luiga, vice president and chief financial officer, sold 44,000 B shares at a price of SEK 250.20 per share, a transaction of SEK 11.0 million.

Annika Bäremo, general counsel and secretary of the board, sold 49,000 B shares at a price of SEK 248.40 per share, a transaction of SEK 12.2 million.
