Officials of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), captured the aggressors in Mérida

Officials of the Tovar Municipal Delegation of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), captured two men for kidnapping and sexually abusing two adolescents aged 13 and 15.
The subjects are identified as AA Ruiz Guillén, 33 years old, and JA Contreras Jaimes, 50, who were apprehended in the La Vega sector, Tovar parish and municipality of Mérida state.
Douglas Rico, director of the Cicpc, indicated on his Instagram account that the mother of the first victim filed a complaint because she did not know the whereregardings of her daughter.
As a result of this complaint, the scientific police began their investigations. The officials carried out telephone tests to find out the latest communications, determining that the minor established telephone contact with Ruiz through Facebook.
The man used his middle name and his second last name, to avoid being discovered; and offered the teenager sums of money in exchange for doing “some things.”
After the investigations managed to locate the aggressor and the young woman, upon intercepting him he undertook a swift escape, being reached a few meters from where he was arrested.
In seconds they were able to locate the young woman, who was next to the 15-year-old. Both stated that they were sexually abused by Contreras Jaimes.
Experts continue investigations to determine if there are more victims and managed to obtain as evidence three cell phones, the girls’ clothing and a motorcycle. The case was left to the order of the Mérida Public Ministry.
