Two months after the result; Where is the SSLC certificate? | SSLC certificate

Palakkad ∙ Even after 2 months of SSLC results, the certificate did not reach the children. ‘Printing has just begun; It will be delivered to the schools after two weeks’ is the information from the examination hall. In previous years, the certificate was issued before the Plus One admissions started.

While applying online for Plus One admission, it was suggested that to get bonus marks and reservation, instead of nativity and caste certificates, upload SSLC certificate. The students uploaded the marklist as they did not get the certificate. It does not include Caste, Panchayat / Municipality information.

Many people who get admission in community quota complete the process by presenting their caste certificate. Provide Ration Card or Aadhaar Card for Panchayat / Municipality information. Many people do not carry these documents as there is no guidance on what documents to bring for admission. Teachers and students say that not getting an SSLC certificate complicates the admission process.

According to officials, the reason for the delay was that the data had to be re-checked to ensure that there were no errors in the students’ information. Officials said that when many schools typed the names of the students in Malayalam and sent them, there were typos and they corrected them and started printing. Meanwhile, the digital version of the certificate is available on the DigiLocker app.
