Two seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Saint-Adèle

Two people were seriously injured following a collision between a car and a motorcycle, late Sunday followingnoon, in Saint-Adèle, in the Laurentians.

According to initial information, a car collided with a motorcycle around 5 p.m. on Route 117 at kilometer 67.

The two people on the motorcycle were transported to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The life of the driver, a man in his forties, is said to be in danger. As for his passenger, a woman in her fifties, we would not fear for her life, said the Sûreté du Québec.

The driver of the car was not injured.

Investigators went to the scene to try to understand the circumstances surrounding the accident.
