Approved General Assembly of the UAE company Borouge To distribute an initial payment of the total profits expected to be distributed for the year 2022, amounting to $325 million, equivalent to 3.97 fils per share.
The first installment of dividends will be distributed to registered shareholders on October 3rd.
Note that the total dividends expected to be distributed for the fiscal year 2022 are $975 million, equivalent to 11.91 fils per share.
This dividend follows Borouge’s good financial performance during the first half of 2022 and its expectations for the remainder of 2022.
