UAE prepares to sell rain-affected vehicles at cheap prices – World

Vehicles that have been severely damaged by the recent rains in the United Arab Emirates are being prepared to be sold at a very low price. People whose vehicles have been rejected by the concerned authority will also be looking for new vehicles, which might lead to a higher market.

Auto industry executives have asked UAE residents to get their pre-purchased vehicles in 6 to 12 months. It is advised to get a thorough checkup of any vehicle before buying it and be careful while taking the vehicles that have already been purchased.

A 75-year-old record was broken by recent rains in the United Arab Emirates. Like many other goods, vehicles were also severely damaged by the rains in the UAE. Thousands of cars are in bad condition. These vehicles are likely to be brought to the local market for sale.

Cars Twenty Four (Gulf Region) CEO Abhinav Gupta has said that thousands of vehicles have been damaged. There is definitely a difference in severity i.e. some vehicles have not suffered much or significant damage and some vehicles have been completely destroyed.

In a few days, the UAE market will see an influx of vehicles that have been destroyed by the rains. Those who cannot get insurance will want to sell their damaged vehicles.

People have to be very careful when buying cars that are being marketed for sale following repairs so that no one drives them away with a junk car. Many parts of such vehicles can suffer from extreme wear and tear. Being submerged in water can seriously affect the performance of the engine, wiring and air bags etc.

Experts have warned that buying vehicles damaged due to rains from open market, classified ads etc. is not without risk. He says that there may be downturns in the market regarding the buying and selling of used vehicles.
